​Amy is a screenwriter and script editor trained at the National Film and Television School. She writes across both television and film. Amy is currently a script editor on EastEnders, and is credited with 28 episodes, including the 2022 New Year episodes, and Lola's death episodes. 

Amy won the Austin Film Festival's Pitch Competition 2021 for her feature film script 'OF SOUND MIND'.

Her directorial debut, 'SCREW THE POOCH', a tragi-comedy short, premiered at the London Independent Film Festival 2021. It won Best Comedy at the Bright Rocks International Film Festival 2021.

Amy was commissioned in 2020 by Shot of Tea Productions to write the television pilot for their new dystopian drama 'MARKED'.

Her pilot 'OUR MOTHER'S GIRLS' reached the final 19% of submissions for BBC Studios' Writers Academy 2020.

Amy also works as a script consultant and reader for companies including Scottish TV, Mammoth Screen, BAFTA Rocliffe and Wild Bunch.
